PAYMENT METHODS accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Visa Electron. The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.
  • PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website.Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit the website
PROCESSING TIME accepts the following payment methods:

  • We will process and ship your order with 1-2 business days for domestic 3-4 for International order. 
  • Processing time does not include the weekends or holidays. If your order is received over the weekend, processing time will start Monday morning.
  • During high volume seasons such as Black Friday and Christmas, processing times may be extended.
  • Please use the NOTES section at checkout if you need your items by a certain day and we will contact you directly for expedited shipping options and prices. 


  • We use USPS and UPS for all shipments. reserves the right to choose the shipping method of delivery.
  • Shipping rates are based on weight and destination of your order. You can calculate the cost of shipping on you Cart page.

  • International orders are shipped be either USPS or UPS
  • Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs, duties and fees levied by the destination country. is NOT responsible for any of these additional fees, nor are they collected on our behalf.
  • Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne be the recipient. Customs policies vary from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information
  • If you choose not to accept your package, refuse to pay the duties/customs/taxes/brokerage frees, StonesPenBlanks will decide to either abandon the package or pay to have it reshipped back to the United States. As a result all fees will be deducted from your purchase amount. In some cases you will receive no refund because the cost of the return could be more than or equal to your purchase. If chooses not to accept the package back it will be abandoned and you will not receive a refund. Other cases will result in a 15% restocking fee, and no shipping costs will be refunded.
  • Please be advised that the estimated 6-10 days DOES NOT include any time that your country holds your package in customs. Depending on your country this could take additional time. Tracking on the order will not update until the package is released from your customs office. Most countries will contact you to obtain the duties/taxes.  
  • Please be advised that you will be provided with a tracking number for your order, however the tracking number will only update when exiting the warehouse in the United States and when entering your country.
  • We currently do not ship to Russia, Czech Republic, South Africa, Malaysia, Vietnam or Turkey.
  • If you would like your order shipped via UPS, FedEx or on your own account, please contact us directly after purchasing your order.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email from This email will include the USPS or UPS tracking number. We will do our best to ensure your order’s safe delivery, but please keep in mind that regardless if your order is domestic or international, we cannot be responsible for loss or damage via the USPS, or common carrier


We strive to accurately depict our products. However, many of our blanks are either handmade or nature made. Some variations will naturally occur. For this reason, we can not accept returns on any of our items unless there is a manufacture defect of the product.


  • Any product on the site that is not defective. We will only provide a RMA on manufacturer defected items.
  • Speciality or Custom Orders
  • Subscription Orders
  • Any Specials, Closeout or Sales Items

If you feel that your product is defective you may request a Return Authorization form from us within 14 days of the purchase date or within 2 days of the delivery date via email or through our Contact Us page.

In order for a return to be accepted by, the Items must be in their original (unturned and unused) condition, and in the case of pen kits in their original packaging. Any products that are returned that do not meet these requirements will be refused or a 20% restocking fee will apply. Items must have been originally purchased from to be eligible for a refund.

If the items(s) meet the guidelines provided by StonePenBlanks, place the item(s) in the packaging in which it arrived. If you do not have the original packaging, place the item in a sturdy box to prevent damage while in transit. We are not responsible for damage to products in transit back to us. To ensure the package arrives back to us safely and that you are credited, please use a pre-paid, insured and trackable carrier such as UPS, FedEx or Certified Mail. is not responsible for the shipping cost to return the item.

Once we have received & approved the package, you will be notified via email and the funds will be credited back to the same card that was used for your purchase or you will be provided with Store Credit, this process will be completed by within 12 business days.

Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable and you are responsible for the return shipping fees. Your return must be received within 14 days of the receipt of return authorization. Please note that may refuse any return if it does not meet the return guidelines. All Specials and Closeouts are final sale items.

Items that are sent back to without a RA# will be refused and “Returned to Sender”.

If a package is returned to due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, or due to a failure to clear customs, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs or the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. We apologize but we can not be responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or returned due to incorrect shipping information or failure to clear or pay customs fees or VAT. The post office and couriers do not refund delivery charges for wrong addresses or for customs issues, so please check your ship to address and contact info carefully.

And although rare, we do realize that every once in a while a piece can be missing or a wrong piece can be inserted from the factory. If this happens, please contact us as soon as you are aware of the issue (this should be within 1-2 days of the date of delivery). We will be more than happy to take care of any problems for you! For any other item that was errantly omitted from your order, you must notify us within 1-2 days of receipt of your order. Please make sure to inspect your order upon arrival! 


If you would like to exchange an item you will still need to request a Return Authorization within the time frame stated above. Once we have received your return we will then ship out the exchange. Exchange shipping fees are to be paid for by the customer.
