We strive to accurately depict our products. However, all of our blanks are either handmade or nature made and as such some variations will naturally occur. We try to inspect all of the blanks before they are shipped. If for some reason what you receive is not what you expect Contact us via email or in writing within 14 days for a return authorization (RMA), stating the reason for the return. Items returned without an RMA will be returned to the sender. Items must be in their original (unturned; unused) condition. Any items returned longer than 30 days after the original date of purchase, will be subject to a restocking fee. Serial returns will also be subject to a restocking fee. If the returned item (s) no longer qualify the original purchase for a quantity discount level or promotion, the quantity discount/promotions will be reset and any difference will be subtracted from the refund. In most cases, refunds will be issued within 2-5 business days (or less) of the return being received.
We are sorry, but unless there are major manufacturing flaws (ie bubbles) refunds will not be issued for blanks or any other items that have been opened, used, turned, cut, drilled or otherwise altered. Refunds can not be issued for blanks that "blow out" in turning.
Special order items (in size, color, design or quantity), are considered custom and specialty and are therefore non-returnable. Special order items will need to be paid in advance.
